Thinking of You

Embellish Magazine has to one one my favorite sites, it's clean, sophisticated and overflowing with inspiration. Ashley Cannon Newell the sites author really knows a thing or two about style, and I just had to play along with this weeks challenge.

The challenge: to use this scrumptious color pallet of... Coral, Brown, & Green, and a Owl. This little guy on my card was provided at Embellish.

A new challenge is up at BBTB. This week we were to use the penguin cut from Joys of the Season. This might be my favorite cartridge, so many wonderful cuts. I decided to make a Winter Treat Bag to a accommodate this chubby little creature they call a bird. :)

Plum Crazy

Yes... you could consider me "Plum Crazy" because this is the first time I have ever played at Moxie Fab World!

Moxie is a extraordinary site brimming with tons of inspiration. A must visit if you have never been. I lurk there all the time, but this challenge caught my eye.

The challenge to use the color purple in a project. I have to admit purple is not one of my go to colors, this is why I had to play. Breaking away from my usual color pallet was fun. I made a little gift bag, Thank you Moxie for the challenge!

Card-A-licious

Oh yes, it's that time again. A new challenge is up at Card*A*licious and this one is one of my favorites! I'm a simple girl, who loves "things" kept to a minimum. The challenge to only use 3 things on your card. For example my card: Cardstock, a Prima, and Ribbon.

Halloween Box

I am very honored to be the featured artist this month at Ampersand Art. I was spoiled with Ampersands Stampboard products, which they describe as "The most amazing stamping and crafting surface". It is just that... this versatile product allows you to create the most stunning work.

Stampbord is an absorbent, clay-coated wood surface that gives a clean, pristine image every time. This multi-media surface makes combining water based paints and inks with collage techniques easy.
